The Influence Of Producer Service Trade On The International Competitiveness Of The Manufacturing Sector

In the face of the rise of the tide of "industrialization" of western developed countries,the development of the manufacture industries in our country are facing several sever tests.the traditional development model cannot fit the modern manufacture industries development anymore.To enhance the production efficiency,the manufacturing industry in our country must strengthen its interaction with the producer service.The industrial production service trade can effectively promote the development of manufacturing industry.in order to improve the production efficiency and the ability to make full use of resources.the integration of the world economy must be deepen and the integration as well as the interaction between the producer service and the manufacture industries must be accelerated.From the perspective of global value chain,the industrial productive service industry is a high technology content and high value-added industry,and therefore the development of producer services improved the international competitiveness of the development of the manufacturing industry.that is also the important foundation to rise the technology of manufacturing industries which also helps the manufacturing to upgrade its value chain.Yet,the domestic producer service can not catch up with the high demand of the technology by the manufacture industry,how to balance the two sectors has become a big problem.To promote the internationalization of China’s manufacturing industry,the government plays an very important role to set export-oriented policies and stimulate foreign investment.It is difficult for the domestic industrial production service to meet the needs of the development of the manufacturing,so that the input of production services are rely on imports.How to link this highly "outgoing" manufacturing value chain with China’s service trade development present,how to breach the gap with the developed economies.How does China’s industrial productive service trade promote the development of international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.This paper studies on the relationship between the industrial productive service trade and the manufacturing industries,which research on the integration and the interaction of those two industries.Respectively from the aspects of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis research on the import and export of the industrial producer services in China and their effects on China’s international competitiveness of manufacturing.In the theory analysis part,with the value chain theory,theory of factor endowments,comparative advantage theory and the theory of division of labor,from the point of view of of the value chain and division of laborresearch the relation between productive service trade and international competitiveness of manufacturing industries.In the part of empirical research,firstly analyzed the different effect of productive trade in services on the international competitiveness of manufacturing in our country.Then dividing the producer services into seven points,respectively study the seven components and the effect on China’s international competitiveness of manufacturing.
