Intra-industry trade and external economic phenomena and gradually become the industrialized countries as well as between developed and developing countries in international trade between the emergence of a new phenomenon. China, the world's largest developing country, with the same intra-industry trade and external economic effects of the phenomenon, and in China the proportion of total international trade is growing. China as a world trading power, and through export-led economic growth, therefore, to speed up China's intra-industry trade and external economic development will help China to world trade powerful. While the manufacturing sector is a source for the country's economic development, so research on manufacturing industry trade and external economic effect has a very necessary role.This article argues that intra-industry trade, external economic relevant theoretical models, measurement methods. Then, based on analysis of relevant data collected by China's manufacturing industry trade, the development of external economic situation. Then calculated according to GL index level of intra-industry trade in China and the application of CR4 cluster analysis of the extent of the external economic situation of industrial clusters. Further application of multiple linear regression analysis EVIWWS industry trade index, the product produced alienation, the per capita GDP, market structure, FDI, geographic distance and other factors on the impact of intra-industry trade and relations. The results shows that our manufacturing sector is from the traditional trade between the various industries to trade in the direction of change within the industry.
