In recent years,China's government has actively supported the development of clean energy vehicles,has promulgated relevant policies to promote its good development and popularization.At the same time,as urban logistics increasingly tend to the green,intelligent direction of development,green and clean electric vehicles get logistics industry more and more attention.However,for most logistics enterprises,electric logistics car is a new experience,the current restrictions are mainly the cost of car,short range,charging problems,load limits and so on.Aiming at the problem of high cost of car purchase,this paper puts forward the construction of electric logistics vehicle leasing information platform to improve vehicle utilization rate,reduce enterprise operating cost and promote the popularization and application of electric logistics vehicles.The promotion of electric logistics vehicle's charging,endurance and carrying capacity should be further studied by experts and scholars,this paper focuses on how to rationally apply electric logistics vehicle,optimize its distribution path,improve vehicle efficiency,reduce logistics cost,improve enterprise benefit and environmental benefit.The cooperative distribution of the electric logistics vehicle is a feasible means to realize the Green intelligent logistics,which can improve the pollution of the city and the traffic jam,promote the green development of the city.Therefore,the research direction and aim of this thesis is to improve the logistics enterprise distribution mode to implement the cooperative distribution of electric logistics vehicle,to plan its distribution way,to consider the cost of logistics and distribution,to save the total cost of logistics and to achieve the best service quality effect.And improve the distribution and use efficiency of the electric logistics vehicle,try to make up the shortage of the fuel vehicle from the angle of optimizing its distribution mode.Based on the above background,this paper builds a Multi-Depot Collaborative Electric Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window model,the MDCEVRPTW model.Genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the problem in this paper,the chromosome encoding,decoding,fitness function and genetic operator are selected and designed,and finally the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are validated by an example.At the end of the thesis,the results of the research are summarized,some limitations of the study are pointed out,and the work needing further research is prospected.
