Research On The Core Competence Of KYFM Metallurgical Company

Since 1990 s,with the rapid development of world economy and technology,competition among enterprises is mainly reflected in the core competitiveness,in order to survive,develop and maintain the competitive advantage in the fierce market competition,the research of the theory of core competence has attracted more and more attention of domestic and international theoretical and business circles.Domestic enterprises which engaged in metallurgical production,are facing severe challenges.they must think about how to enhance their core competitiveness from the law of enterprise development,making full use of national support of the metallurgical industry,relying on its own advantages,enhancing their competitive advantages,accelerating the development of its core competitiveness,and this is the significance of this study.First of all,this paper describes the theory of core competence,which is the theoretical basis for the follow-up analysis,and provides theoretical support for the study of KYFM company’s core competitiveness.In this paper,the main research tool combines PEST method,the core competitiveness of the diamond model,and SWOT analysis tool,combined with the specific situation of the metallurgical industry,analysed the current situation of KYFM and its core competence.Secondly,we analyzes the internal environment of KYFM’s financial,human and technology,clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,and evaluates the core competitiveness of KYFM through SWOT analysis and development strategy analysis,combining with the existing resources and metallurgical industry development trend,based on the core competitiveness of the strategic choice,and give the main ways to enhance the core competence.Finally,we points out the seven elements of the core competence model,and puts forward the new innovation system construction,human resources promotion,merger and reorganization plan,put out the road of improving the competitiveness of enterprises,so that its core competence can be improved,at the same time,it is of great significance for Chinese enterprises to optimize industrial structure.
