The equipment is main part of fixed assets of company.It can reflect one of the important elements of productivity of company.It is the material basis for organized the production.With the labor resources gradually decrease and the labor cost continually rise,the effective use and management of equipment is reflected increasingly importance.The advantages and disadvantages for equipment management will directly influence the quality of product,cost,capacity for production,delivery time,safety,environmental protection.Even will influence the reputation of company.This paper based on the new change of management environment of C company and the present situation of the equipment management,explore the new mode of equipment management and the optimization countermeasures of equipment management system.This paper based on the C company as the research object.According to the severer external market envirornment of C company faced at the mechanical manufacturing industry since 2014 year.The internal management of company puts forward new requirement:Reduce the cost of production.The high cost management pattern,only chase equipment intact rate and large and all inclusive,already can not adapt to new requirements of the company.So we need to build a low cost management pattern to suitable for the current state of company to match the company requirements ASAP.This paper based on the analysis for the production operation and equipment management at domestic and overseas,then combined with the equipment management status of production operation of C company.By using key elements analysis,PIEU equipment critical evaluation method,the ABC classification management to analyze,then got a series of causes that are the equipment management organization structure is imperfect,the maintenance procedure is not reasonable,the preventive checking technical ability is insufficient,the lack for management of outsourcing maintenance and the management of spare parts is chaos.On this basis,the paper put forward the actual solution for C company to improve the management countermeasure----optimize the equipment management organizational structure,simplify the procedure of equipment maintenance management,improve the technology of prevented detection,selective outsourcing maintenance and build the spare parts management standardization.Finally,in order to carry out the equipment management optimization strategy smoothly,some protection measures are put forward.This paper use the C company of this kind of small and medium-sized mechanical processing foreign-owned enterprises as the research object.Combined theory with practice.At the condition of limited funding and scale in the company,it puts forward the improvement project of equipment management,further improve the management level of enterprise.At the same time,it also gives other machinery companies to provide some reference at equipment management side.
