An Approach Of TPM Auditing System In Chenical Enterprise

TPM is the procedure based on management and maintenance of equipment, which improves the enterprise gradually. It will act as an important part in cost reduction, productivity increasing and management improving, enhancing the competition of enterprise by implement TPM in enterprise.TPM implemention will followed the standard sequence (preparation, execution and maintain), the direction will be lost after some periods, because there is no feedback to check where it is. This article aims at characterisitic of chemical enterprise: high impact of safety, environment and continuous process, TPM frame was designed accordingly. After that, the evaluation system of TPM auditing was designed and then a pertinency TPM auditing model was built by using fuzzy arithmetic and Analutical Hierarchy Process. The shortage of equipment management was easily found during auditing, then detail corrective action plan could be carried out and made them into truth after that.A sample of planned maintenance pillar, the critical equipment evaluation model for preventive maintenance system's was generated.By using close-loop TPM implemention mothod, the shortage and advantage of the enterprise's equipment management system can be find easily and quickly,take pertinency actions to correct and improve those shortage ereas and points. Reaudit periodly and take corrective actions again. This PDCA cycles is a new method for TPM implemented and running with high efficiency.The accomplishment of researching in this sheet has been implemented in Rhodia (Wuxi) Specility Chemical Co., Ltd, and total 11 enterprises of Rhodia China, yielded favourable impact.
