Research On Real-time Monitoring Of Equipment Operational Condition And Evaluation Method

Mechanical equipment as the material basis of the production processing enterprises, its operating states of good or bad are especially important for the enterprise. Study on evaluation method for mechanical equipment operating state is the main content of the equipment management system in the status evaluation of mechanical equipment on the basis of equipment state prediction can maximum reduce equipment failure rate and avoid losses caused by equipment downtime. Therefore, it is great significance to evaluate the operation state of the mechanical equipment to improve the stability and safety of the manufacturing system. This paper compared with existing equipment running status evaluation method, researched more in-depth of the mechanical equipment running state real-time monitoring and evaluation method, which has been the development of new machinery and equipment operation state evaluation method research.Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics of mechanical equipment, evaluation target, mechanical equipment fault rules and equipment condition evaluation index system, and introduces the related theory of extensions, from the start of the mechanical equipment operation state evaluation framework.Secondly, using the indicators of the importance of correlation method (CRITIC Way) for the objective index weight, using the AHP method to obtain the subjective weight, establishing an integrated subjective and objective weight combination weighting method, and accordingly this established a mechanical equipment important degree evaluation model, through the analysis of examples and solving model, people get the mechanical equipment operating at the state level and use it as a mechanical equipment maintenance strategy.Thirdly, through comparing with the commonly used equipment state evaluation model, the evaluation model of mechanical equipment operation state was proposed by using the excellent degree evaluation method, and the feasibility and practicability of the method was verified by the example analysis.Finally, mechanical equipment of assembly line,which is in an engine assembly workshop, as the study background, the mechanical equipment operation state evaluation method is applied to the equipment management system, making the enterprise effectively improved equipment management efficiency, to verify the feasibility of the system.In this paper, the evaluation method of mechanical equipment operation state can be used as an important part of equipment management, and it provides technical support for the enterprise to realize the information management of machinery.
