The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Spiritual Leadership On Entrepreneurial Performance

In the new normal critical period of new normal economy marked by the economic slowdown,the upgrading of the industrial structure,economic growth and power conversion, the development of enterprises has encountered a bottleneck. How to come out of current difficulties with its own strength in order to achieve sustainable development is the problem that more and more enterprises begin to think of. As a new type of leadership structure, the spiritual leadership can improve the driving force to promote the development of enterprises, so as to improve the entrepreneurial performance. In this process, environmental dynamic partly affect the entrepreneurial performance In view of this, this paper aims to study the effect of entrepreneurial spiritual leadership on entrepreneurial performance and the moderating effect of environmental dynamism.The investigation of this research regions 207 high-tech enterprises mainly from the Yangtze River Delta, which bases national ministry of science and technology national international technology cooperation published in 2015 as the important reference standard; This study uses SPSS 19.0 statistical methods to carry on factor analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, exploring the effect of independent variable(entrepreneurial spiritual leadership) on dependent variables(entrepreneurial performance) and putting environmental dynamism as a moderator. The empirical analysis found that three dimensions of the entrepreneur spiritual leadership, such as: vision, altruism and hope, influence entrepreneurial performance and its dimensions positive; dynamic environment to regulate the relationship between hope and entrepreneurial performance and its dimensions.Individual characteristics have different influence on entrepreneurial performance.According to the results of this study, we propose the following management proposals: First, cultivate the enterprise management with vision of furniture preparation; Second, strengthen the altruistic entrepreneurs to establish win-win consciousness; Third, help entrepreneurs cultivate inspire ideas; Fourth, encourage managers to implement the spiritual leadership; Sixth, create a relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere.
