Research On Entrepreneurial Learning On Entrepreneurial Performance

In recent years, the Chinese government introduces various policies to support entrepreneurship, private entrepreneurial activity are hyperactive. However, Entrepreneurs have a higher failure rate, how to improve the entrepreneurial performance is the focus problem of companies.This paper introduces theories of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance, and builds a theoretical model of "Entrepreneurial Learning-Opportunity Recognition-Entrepreneurial Performance",Collected322enterprises’data by questionnaires,AMOS17.0and SPSS18.0statistical analysis like reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis,one-way ANOVA, T test regression analysis,and other statistical methods are applied for the data analysis.To investigate that companies how to learn and exploit opportunities for enhancing their entrepreneurial performance in the role of environment dynamism.Conclusions are list as follows:1. The staff which come from different gender, age and working hours in the industry have no significant differences in entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial performance,while the staff which come from different education and position have significant differences in entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial performance,what’s more,the companies which come from different corporate nature, scale,years in business, industrie, business form and stage have significant differences in entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.2. Entrepreneurial learning and its dimensions have a positve prediction effect on opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial performance and its dimensions3.Opportunity recognition has a part of mediated impact on the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance,while the dimensions of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance’s mediating effect are different. 4.Environmental dynamism plays no moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance.Finally,the paper analyzes the lack of the research and proposes future research prospects,in order to enrich the theory of entrepreneurial learning,improve entrepreneurial performance for achieving survival and sustainable development of enterprises,and provide theoretical guidances and practical references for companies.
