As the deep development of the Open and Reform, entrepreneurial activities in China go much more prosperous. However, even under the same circumstance, some firms grow steadily while others fail. Many researchers attempt to explain the phenomena with enterprise's resources. What kind of resources that enterprises have can promote enterprise development? And which factor will moderate the relationship?Based on these questions and the study of literature, this paper has established the theoretical model, and adopted questionnaire to analyze empirically the condition of Chinese firms. We have examined the association between a film's resources and performance with different entrepreneurial strategy and different environmental hostility and dynamism.Through the study, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) Resources' dimensions, human resources, organizational resources, are positively with entrepreneurial performance;(2) the relationships of human resources and organizational resources with performance are moderated by environmental hostility respectively: firms with a human resources or organizational resources that in hostile environment will have higher performance relative to those that in benign environment;(3) the relationships between organizational resources and performance are moderated by environmental dynamism: firms with a organizational resources that in dynamic environment will have higher performance relative to those that in static environment; environmental dynamism will not moderate the relations of human resources to entrepreneurial performance;(4)a strategy of quality/customer service will not moderate the relations of human resources and organizational resources to entrepreneurial performance;(5) the relationships between organizational resources and performance are moderated by the strategy of innovation: firms with a organizational resources that in greater levels of innovation will have higher performance relative to those that in lower levels ;the strategy of innovation will not moderate the relations of human resources to entrepreneurial performance.
