New Material Industry And Employment Undergraduate Research

Strategic emerging industry is based on a major technological breakthrough and major development needs,which has a significant leading role in overall and long-term economic and social development.The industry has knowledge and technology-intensive,less consumption of material resources,growth potential,comprehensive benefits good industries.In the State Council issued "the twelfth 'five years' national strategic emerging industry development plan" makes clear that the new materials industry is a strategic emerging industry development support and protection,course the development of the industry can not do without the support of each other new materials.Many scholars have noted that the new materials industry has driven the employment of college students,while others note the other advantages of the new materials industry.The new materials industry has been one of most active species industries during the time of technology.It shows a high degree of industrial relevance,driven by strong economic development potential characteristics.At the same time,the employment problem of university students in today's China has become a real problem.There is contradiction between supply and demand,some professional oversupply,while part of the job demand is greater than supply,which results in the employment of college students even more serious than other types of crowd employment.Based on such practical difficulties,the paper combine the development of new materials and the employment of university students to research,exploring whether there is a relationship between the development of new materials industry and employment growth college,if they had a relationship,we should found what association exists.This paper could promote the development of new materials industry and provide a scientific basis.The new materials industry listed companies will be the examples of research.This paper selects 113 new materials listed companies as the data sample,which according to the National Bureau of "strategic emerging industry classification(2012)Trial".The listed companies have to not change significantly in its annual report from 2009 to 2012.This paper also analyzes the correlation between the revenues of listed companies and the number of employees.Judging from the results of empirical analysis,there is different results from companies in different areas.Depending on the capacity to absorb employment,the author gives a corresponding manner to absorb the impact of new materials industry employment of university students the factor analysis.It includes policy factors,R&D investment of four factors,industrial chain factors and regional factors.Conclusions and countermeasures accordingly give out at the last part of the article.
