Influence Of Strategic Emerging Industries Development On The Employment Structure In China

Strategic emerging industries are topics introduced in China in recent years, which still in its early stages, and through the development of strategic emerging industries can contribute to economic growth and industrial structure optimization. Meanwhile, factors like the low share of second or third industry employment structure in our country, low levels of existing labor skills, not high level quality and slow inter-industry flows lag the employment structure in the industrial structure and the structural contradictions, and so on. For this reason, this paper through research on the development of strategic merging industries and the impact of the employment structure, in order to do some exploration useful for the solution of the existing problems of employment structure.Firstly to the relevant literature, and made the basis for this argument, namely, development of strategic merging industries would have an impact on the employment structure in our country, how to influence and how factors affect the employment structure in our country. Then, form analysis of panel data models based on the theory mechanism of strategic industries development in China and employment structure, using data of30provinces, from East, middle and West regions and five major sectors to do an empirical analysis and interpretation in Influence of strategic industries on the employment structure in China.Through theory mechanism analysis and empirical test, this came following conclusions:①Development of Strategic merging industries on three industries labor employment structure optimization has promotion role, central provinces role maximum, East provinces role minimum, West provinces role middle;②Medicine manufacturing and medical equipment and the instrument manufacturing representative bio industry in employment structure optimization are positive related, role maximum, aviation spacecraft manufacturing representative high-end equipment manufacturing industry in employment structure optimization is negative related, computer and office equipment industry representative new material industry and electronic and communication equipment manufacturing representative the next generation of information technology industry in employment structure optimization are unrelated;③Large industry wage gap is bad for three industries employment structure optimization in China;④Labor supply and the increased proportion of higher education could improve the employment structure optimization in China.
