Today,with the rapid development of market economy,the construction of agricultural market information service plays an important role in stabilizing the market price and ensuring the income level of farmers.At present,the main body of the market exchange of information is not good,information asymmetry,is still a problem to be solved in the agricultural market.Poor communication makes the farmers cannot obtain accurate and effective judgment and make reasonable decision for the production and marketing of market information;information asymmetry to inferior products to seize the high-quality products in the market space,resulting in “lemon market”,not only harm the interests of consumers,but also affect the healthy development of the market of agricultural products.Jiangxi is a large province of agriculture,especially grain production in the country ranked near the top,in the agricultural modernization and informatization process in recent years in Jiangxi Province,spare no effort in agricultural information platform,the construction of rural network,into the Jiangxi agricultural information network in Jiangxi and other well-known provincial information platform.But through the analysis of the actual situation in Jiangxi,we found that Jiangxi has not yet developed and built a specialized and comprehensive agricultural market information service platform,which is also an important objective of this study.Based on the above purpose and background of this study,based on interviews and surveys on the theory of asymmetric information and information demand theory,put forward the idea and framework on the construction of the Jiangxi Province agricultural product market information service platform.The specific point of view is an important part of this study included the following: first,the research analyzes the status and problems of the development of Jiangxi Province agricultural product market information service,not only affirmed in Jiangxi province has been in the information service infrastructure,website platform,personnel,technology and information collection and other aspects of performance,and also points out the existing problems in the information content,information integration etc...Second,analysis of the main demand of market information service of agricultural products in Jiangxi province from the four aspects of agricultural production enterprises,enterprises,consumers and government,the aim is to understand the development and construction of agricultural product market information service platform website,need to consider what the main functions and elements.Third,this study uses Web technology and B/S framework of website platform construction technology,Jiangxi Province agricultural market information service platform as a foothold in Jiangxi,covering the surrounding services,agricultural product market information platform of the window,according to this position,the research set the basic frame of the platform,put forward the function layer 5 levels the important function of the overall and clear foreground information,background processing,and puts forward the construction of business data and function of database and maintenance.Fourth,this study established in accordance with the ideas,around the function and effect of agricultural products in Jiangxi Province,from the information platform,play government functions to enhance the quality of information collection,mining depth of agricultural product market information,highlighting the perspective of promoting Jiangxi characteristic agricultural product function,put forward the platform construction and maintenance measures.
