The Study On Development Of Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing

As C hina’s wind power industry added to the strategic emerging industries. Wind power equipment manufacturing industry has entered a rapid development period. Today,C hina has become the world’s largest installed capacity of wind power countries. Through the study of the introduction of foreign advanced technology, China’s wind power equipme nt manufacturing industry already has a certain scale of development. While China’s wind power equipment manufacturing industry rapid development,some problems have gradually emerged. Because of C hina’s wind power equipment manufacturing industry started late and industrial base is weak compared with the advanced countries. Therefore, wind power equipment manufacturing technology and inferior to foreign. Meanwhile, the lack of overall development planning of wind power industry resulted in wind power equipment manufacturing industry structural imbalance. Low-end status of wind power equipment manufacturing industry is facing overcapacity, while wind power equipment production stability is poor, which has led to the result that the manufacturing of key components cannot meet domestic market demand. The governance of wind power equipment manufacturing industry has become an urgent.This paper summed up the cause of the problem by using empirical analysis, comparative analysis, and industry life cycle theory. First, China’s wind power equipment manufacturing industry structural is imbalance because of the lack of overall strategic planning. Second, government support policies update slow which cannot keep up with the development of wind power industry. This problem led to a lot of support policies did not play effect. Third, Our country’s present situation of independent research and development ability is poor. Because of the lack of proper personnel training mechanism caused a shortage of talent. These problems to some extent hindered C hina’s wind power equipment manufacturing technology innovation and market share. Fourth, wind power equipment manufacturing lack of cooperation with related industries. These led to the information cannot be shared. And wind power industry did not form a system of scientific development.This article presents some suggestions by analyzing the development of wind power equipment manufacturing industry. First, government should strengthen the guiding role and encourage mergers and acquisitions. And we should enhance aggregation of the wind power industry. Secondly, China’s wind power equipment manufacturing industry should foster R&D capabilities. For example, to enhance the wind resource monitoring,improve wind power equipment manufacturing technology and wind power network technology. Third, Wind power equipment manufacturing industry should strengthen the training of personnel. We should attract talent to the wind power equipment manufacturing industry by using a variety of training methods. Fourth, government should improve support policies and development plans, while timely updates obsolete provisions.
