| With the development of Chinese economy,people’s pursuit for the quality of tourist products is growing.Now,hotel industry has become a mainstay industry for the development of national economy.Under this background,different international hotels get into Chinese market,and it also results in a fiercer competition.Many problems have been revealed.For example,the vicious competition causes first-line employee turnover,which makes guests complaint and directly threat the development of the hotel.This paper is based on Xi’an SL hotel and analyzes the employee satisfaction on first-line employee turnover by using SWOT analysis method,literature analysis method,interview method,also combined with human resources management in Xi’an SL Hotel,and find out the main reason that makes employee turnover is the rigid management system.Therefore,the purpose on this paper is to find out the solution that can improve the employee turnover in Xi’an SL hotel.All in all,the key point to keep talent employees is to follow "people foremost",caring about the employees all the time.While pursuing the operating profit,managers of hotels’should pay attention to the construction of the cultural atmosphere,and create the ideal working environment and the humanized employee’s welfare is the way to improve employee turnover.This paper puts forward some feasible solutions and countermeasures that give some significant solutions for Xi’an SL hotel’s sustainable development. |
