With the development of the times,the leisure time that our nationals had accounted for one-third of the year,thus the nationals had a strong market demand for tourism development.Relying on the multi-functional agriculture,ecological experience tourism can realize the integration of ecotourism,rural tourism and experiential tourism,which is an important direction for the comprehensive tourism development in the countryside.Based on the knowledge of tourism geography,tourism resources,tourism marketing,tourism development and planning and other disciplines,using analytical method of document,PEST and SWOT and combining with the conditions of rural tourism resource development in Chifeng,this paper undertakes a study on making the development strategy of rural tourism and product's development and design of Chifeng on the basis of marketing analysis and positioning.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into five parts.In part one,the relevant theory basis of rural tourism product development was discussed.It discussed the concept of rural tourism product,the research overview of rural tourism at home and abroad and rural tourism mode,in the process of researching and presenting,which can get the answer to the theoretical foundation of the science of influencing Chifeng's rural tourism product development.In part two,the evaluation of rural tourism basic conditions in Chifeng was discussed.First,it analyzed the regional background,nature,history culture and social economic development level of Chifeng,then it analyzed the current situation of tourism facilities and tourism service.Finally,it highlighted the current problems in tourism product development of Chifeng.In part three,The SWOT analysis of Chifeng rural tourism market.Advantages,namely,geographic location,talent resources,ecological environment and mature market;Disadvantages,namely,tourism infrastructure investment insufficiency,weak foundation,the influence by season,elementary development,lack of planning,low natural resources and humanities landscape alignment,the brand construction lag,poor competition strength of rural tourism industry,low consciousness in regional network;Chance,that is,demand,supply,high-speed rail will be built;Threat,namely,management system is not yet perfect,regional competition is increasingly fierce.The economic value of cultural resources did not create enough.In part four,Chifeng rural tourism development strategy was discussed.In this Chapter,it compares the Chifeng's rural tourism conditions in detail with some important parts of strategy making,strategy analysis,strategy choice and strategy deployment,and a strategy choice that is suitable to Chifeng's rural tourism development is made,namely,breaking the boundary of administrative region and realizing the coordinated development of the region;taking the specialized and branding road;integrative development with all kinds of industries;combining with the information industry and realizing the convenient service and accurate marketing.In part five,the safeguard measure of rural tourism development in Chifeng was discussed.To build a macro support system from the industry management,industrial regulations and industrial policy;put forward the "big tourism" thinking,establish Chifeng " one belt,two wings and six plates" spatial pattern,according to Chifeng rural tourism market positioning and the content of tourism development and construction,build a image positioning of "jimei Chifeng,run free" and regard "cultural tourism products,ecotourism products,holiday travel products" as the core,correlate between the product system,promote each other,complement each other,and jointly build a product diversity and functional Chifeng rural tourism product series,namely emphasis on cultivating and developing six classes rural tourism products: personalized home stay facility types;industrial theme farm types;folk customs types;popular leisure experience types;the scenic spot relying on backbone;the high end of the holiday villeggiatura type.
