In world of knowledge explosion,a new round of technological revolution is already kicked off,the challenges facing enterprises even more arduous.The rhythm of intense competition crumbles the visual nerve of each leader,so only by constant reform and innovation,their business can survive.The wisdom of the staff is the core of the organization to build the basis for competition,is the guarantee that the organization can survive.However,employee voices as the key link of the wisdom of employees into organizational productivity,is very important to the development of the organization,especially when China is carrying out economic structural reforms.So,it is imperative to study the predisposing factors of employee voices.Based on the theory of leadership behavior,this study chooses the humble leadership as the antecedent variable.Besides,this paper uses the theory of social exchange and the theory of self-efficacy to study the relationship of humble leadership in employee voices and the internal mechanism of the relationship.At the team level,the leader-member exchange relationship(LMX)was selected as the research variable.At the individual level,employee voice efficacy and staff political skills were selected to expose the relationship between humble leadership and employee voices.Data were collected from 252 employee-supervisor matched samples,The results indicate that:(1)Humble leadership is positively influencing employee voices;(2)LMX plays a mediating role in the relationship between humble leadership and employee voices;(3)Employee voice efficiency plays a mediating role in the relationship between humble leadership and employee voices;(4)The political skills of employees are positively moderated the relationship of humble leadership on LMX;(5)The political skills of employees are positively moderated the relationship of humble leadership on employee voice efficacy;(6)The influences of the political skills of employees is not significant in the relationship between humble leadership and employee voices.
