In the recent researches,more and more scholars started making their research on how to improve organizational climate and organization performances more effectively.It has been noticed that there are many different variables and one of them is the employee voice,which has a significant influence in bringing changes to the organizations.In contemporary organizations,competitive advantage can come from ideas employees communicate to supervisors for improving processes,products,and services.One approach to studying employee communications with supervisors is employee voice behavior.Employee willingness to share their thoughts by speaking up and bringing the ideas to their leaders is also influenced by some other factors,as many employees consciously choose not to do so as because of the fear or insecurity for their future.One of the important factors for supervisors is to bring humility to their leadership style.Bringing humility to the leadership style is a factor that is being studied by other scholars as a factor influencing employees voice behavior and a factor empowering employees and bringing psychological safety to them.In this paper,I am exploring humble leadership,employee phycological safety and employe voice behavior where employee phycological safety being as a potential mediator between the humble leadership behaviors and the employee voice behaviors.The results of this study increases our understanding on how humble leadership behaviors can influence employee phycological safety and employee voice behavior on multinational level.It has a certain amount of theoretical and practical implications.
