Autonomy of boundary less career era employees gradually strengthened,pay attention to raise their ability in the work,the traditional system of lifetime employment for employee loyalty to the organization's management thought is not universal.Communications industry with young employees with high quality,plays an irreplaceable role in the enterprise development,they have a higher level and more diversified demand,pay more attention to career growth.But in recent years the development of communication industry working pressure,highlighted the problem such as space narrow lead to lower employee job satisfaction and job performance,frequent employee turnover.The loss of talent to the communications industry brings serious challenges,how to retain talent,improve the work performance is the enterprise there is an urgent need to solve the problem.Employees' professional growth will be the employee's work attitude and behavior has certain influence,good professional growth environment can stimulate staff's work enthusiasm and vigor,whole body work,actively involved in the construction of the organization.Therefore attaches great importance to the professional growth of the employees,improve employee job satisfaction,to improve the communications industry is of great importance to employee's work performance.Taking xiangtan mobile as an example,first of all,job satisfaction and job performance on employee career growth of related theory to comb,introduces the development status of xiangtan mobile,and xiangtan mobile marketing human structure and human resource management are analyzed,and established the xiangtan mobile market class staff career growth effects on job performance model,the job satisfaction as intermediary variables,and scholars at home and abroad for reference,the development of the maturity scale design scientific and reasonable questionnaire survey of 223 employees of xiangtan mobile marketing,data sorting and variance,correlation and regression analysis methods to verify this proposed research hypotheses.Study shows that the career growth and positive influence on the dimensions of xiangtan mobile market class employee job satisfaction and performance;Progress of career objectives and professional ability development dimensions of job performance has positive role in promoting,and tissue growth only have an effect on employee task performance,no positive effect on relationship performance;Employee job satisfaction dimensions of job performance and have a positive effect;Job satisfaction in the professional growth and job performance relationship plays a partial mediation effect;Age,education background and length of service have significant differences in some dimensions of research variables.Finally according to the actual condition of xiangtan mobile around employees from two aspects,professional growth and job satisfaction,put forward the countermeasures,from the personalized management,working environment,system construction,team cohesion,enterprise culture and other aspects to xiangtan mobile in staff training,improve the work performance provides a train of thought;Also to the communication industry in improving human resource management,reducing the brain drain,booster talent guarantee enterprise strategic target implementation provides some reference suggestions.
