Research On The Service Function Of Science And Technology Of Netherlands Agricultural Cooperative

The Dutch agricultural cooperatives provide a full range of agricultural science and technology services for agricultural production.The function of agricultural science and technology service is of great significance to promote the perfection and development of the cooperatives themselves,to promote the cultivation of scientific and technological talents,to enrich our science and technology service system and to promote the process of agricultural modernization.In this paper,through the domestic and foreign research on the construction of agricultural cooperatives and agricultural science and technology service system in Dutch and the description of the status quo of Dutch cooperatives’ science and technology service.This paper analyzes its success reasons and lessons,points out the achievements and limitations of agricultural cooperative scientific and technological service.The author puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the service function of science and technology service of our country’s agricultural cooperatives,hoping to benefit the development and perfection of our country’s science and technology service system and promote the modernization of agriculture in our country.Through the above analysis and study of the functions of scientific and technological service of agricultural cooperatives in Holland,this paper reveals successful experiences of cooperatives in science and technology services in Holland: a favorable policy environment for loose cooperatives;coexistence of diversification and specialization of agricultural cooperatives;emphasis on the cultivation of scientific and technical knowledge;the establishment of the promotion system.At the same time,it points out the lessons of cooperatives’ science and technology service: With low price as a means of competition,increase equity,international and many other issues.According to the experience and lessons,the specific analysis of the influencing factors is given.In addition,combining the analysis of deep-seated factors of the impact on China’s agricultural cooperatives scientific and technological services : the scale of development has not yet reached the expected;the urgent need for policy support and lack of self-development capacity;operation is not standardized;lack of all kinds of talent.Finally,suggestions were given based on the experiences of Dutch agricultural cooperative science andtechnology services: to create a good environment for the development of science and technology services;pay attention to the combination of cooperatives’ scientific service and agricultural scientific research;cultivate agricultural science and technology service professional and technical personnel;attach importance to the development of agricultural industry chain of science and technology services;the establishment of the development of the supervision of the target.
