Research For The Sustainable Development Of Traditional Villages In Suburban Ji’an

Nowadays,"sustainable development" is familiar,but the sustainable development of traditional villages which are the crystallize of ancestors are often only mentioned in terms of problems,backgrounds and goals.Ji’an has the most traditional villages in Jiangxi province,its protection and utilization has attracted the attention of the relevant departments,but in the process of protection and utilization,different sustainable development issues are emergenceing which from aspects of cultural,environmental,social and economic.This article is to explore the specific ideas and ways for the sustainable development of traditional villages in China.It saw project practice of the Ancient Meibei Village’s landscape style update in Ji’an,Jiangxi Province as an opportunity,took the traditional villages in the suburb of Ji’an,Jiangxi Province as the research object,and carried out detailed investigation on the Diaoyuan Village in Xingqiao Town,Meibei Village in Wenbei Town and Beixia Village in Futian Town,which are all named the state-level historical and cultural villages and are also developed and constructed as National 4A level tourist attractions.t has been researched on their existence values and problems of sustainable development,analyzing the excellent cases of traditional villages development at home and abroad to find out the experience of reference technology.Therefore,it takes the Ancient Meibei Village in Qingyuan District as an example,and puts forward its strategy of sustainable development.The main research results are as following:(1)The study of the sustainable development of traditional villages in China is a new proposition,is still in its infancy.The connotation of the sustainable development of traditional villages lies in the sustainable construction and maintenance of the four aspects of the environment as the safe survival base,the community life as the organism,the culture as the inner attraction and the economic development vitality.(2)Which can be used as a reference for the sustainable development of traditional villages according the experiences of viliages at home and abord: the combination of traditional architectural elements and modern residents’ needs,the construction and operation of rural homestary;in the guidance of beautiful rural construction overall planning and financial protection,the sewage,garbage and other ecological environment Governance;the combination of traditional life and cultural products,the overall preservation of the village cultural heritage,to maintain the overall style of the village;combined the mining folk culture with industry to create the characteristics of cultural products.(3)The sustainable development of the traditional villages in the suburbs of Ji’an City are facing the serious challenge of cultural and ecological sustainability,the inconsistency of social organization and the backwardness of economic development.(4)The sustainable development strategy of the Meibei village in the outskirts of Ji’an City:from the view of cultural,establish the mechanism of government-led,foreign,professional organizations and villagers to participate in the market-oriented to protect cultural and development residents decision-making,design historical and cultural protection function zoning,innovative cultural products and create a multi-channel cultural propaganda platform to protect the villages’ Luling culture and red culture;in the ecological environment,to build the village wetland landscape pattern on the basis of the establishment of natural disaster prevention and control system,clear the village ponds,do Planting planning,purify domestic sewage,establish waste separation and degradation equipment to promote the acquisition of garbage projects;in the community life,to help villagers repair housing,do farming,to provide employment opportunities for the rural youth and provide a platform for learning traditional skill;in the economic,use model of "government + company + rural tourism association + travel agency" and "joint-stock",implement business symbiosis mechanism,broaden the sales channels and financing channels.
