Tourism Development Of Traditional Chinese Villages From The Perspective Of Cultural Landscape Protection

As the country enters the new stage of transformation, in accordance with the overall plan for promoting economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progress, the new stage has new requirements, to promote socialist culture, bring about its great development and enrichment, carrying forward outstanding traditional Chinese culture, and enhance our confidence in national culture. Traditional village is an important carrier of traditional culture, protecting the cultural landscape of the traditional village, promoting the development of the traditional village tourism, is an important way to inherit and carry forward our traditional culture.At present, there are some problems in the cultural landscape protection and tourism development of the traditional villages. In the protection of cultural landscape, the main problem is protection of insufficient capital investment and mining the value of culture is not enough; in the development of tourism, the main problem is the single and product positioning is not clear. At the same time, unreasonable tourism development will also cause damage to the cultural landscape. In the two aspects of the cultural landscape protection and tourism development of the traditional villages, many experts and scholars have put forward their own views, but the combination of the two studies is not much. This paper attempts to combine the protection and utilization of traditional villages, from the perspective of cultural landscape protection, to study how the traditional village scientific and rational development of tourism.The first part of the paper discusses the elements of the traditional village culture landscape, the protection of the contents, ideas and protection measures. First of all, on the basis of analyzing literature, the elements of the traditional village culture landscape, divided into two types of natural and cultural landscape, which is further subdivided into elements of material culture and intangible cultural elements; secondly, according to the characteristics of the elements, emphasis on authenticity, integrity, diversity and continuity of content protection four aspects; again, from the economic, ecological, cultural, social, and political five aspects, put forward economic activation, improve quality, cultural awareness, social supervision and legal protection of five general protection ideas; finally, combined with the protection of ideas, put forward to carry out measures for the protection of cultural landscape, including the establishment of evaluation system, improve the protection the use of technical methods, strengthen the endangered early warning mechanism, clear responsibilities and obligations and to strengthen multilateral cooperation to protect the ownership.The second part of the thesis is to discuss the principle of the development of the traditional village, the mode of the tourism utilization, the function of the function and the key points of the design. First, summarize the characteristics of tourism resources in traditional villages, and referring to national standards, establish the corresponding resource value evaluation system, the establishment of the traditional village tourism development threshold; secondly, in summing up the villagers collective management, contract management, enterprise leasing business and government investment of four basic tourism utilization mode, according to the traditional village the environmental condition, put forward to reasonable selection of the initial stage of the main business, and gradually transition to the PPP mode mature; thirdly, according to the resources endowment characteristics of traditional villages, the tourism leading function of tour, cultural experience and different focus on the cultivation of reception service three functions in Tourism; finally, combined with the Arctic Heilongjiang County of Mohe County Qinghai Kanbula scenic village and the surrounding villages to the case, to the cultural landscape protection as the premise, analysis of traditional villages in pastoral villages, streets, texture groups and single building four aspects, control principle and design method of specific tourism planning.The end of this thesis points out that, traditional village making breakthrough of both cultural landscape protection and tourism development, need to improve the tourism resources value evaluation system, strengthen the tourism investment momentum, enrich cultural landscape tourism function, formulate the standard of tourism plan and so on. The traditional village protection and development is not only an academic problem, but also problems of politics, economy, society, culture, etc.
