Corporate Training Standard System Design Of The International Automotive Industry

With the continuous development of the world economy, technological advances in the socialdevelopment process, new knowledge, new theories and new technology have been applied tosociety in all walks of life. In this era of information explosion, if an enterprise wants to maintainsustainable development and not be eliminated, only they should efforts to upgrade theircompetitiveness. Corporate training is a powerful guarantee to maintain a sustained competitive.The purpose for corporate training is to nurture and form the corporate common values, enhancethe cohesion of the enterprise; enhance the overall quality of the staff, in line with the needs ofwork and enterprise development; ultimately it can help enterprises to establish the corecompetitiveness based on a learning organization. Therefore, the analysis of the establishment andevaluation of enterprise training system architecture has profound significance and practical value.Reference to the TS16949standard system this thesis will establish the systematic corporatetraining system standards and assessment methods. First, this thesis review that the theory ofsystematic training mode, TS16949development and TS16949standard system make a hugecontribution to the development of automobile industry, investigate and analyze the majorproblems of the domestic and foreign training management, and explore the feasibility of thesystematic training system standards and assessment methods. Secondly, summarized previousresearch results, combined with my practical experience in the automotive industry, this thesisestablish the training system standards and assessment methods. Then, I use the standards andassessment methods to assess the training system of the foreign-funded enterprises of anautomobile industry, and analyze the assessment results; I proposed the direction for the currentsituation to improve training system programs and corporate training style, the result of theexample analysis demonstrated the feasibility of the training system standards and assessmentmethod.
