A Study On The Development Strategies For SPD Bank Harbin Branch Eleetronie Banking Service

Electronic bank as the new service of a bank,has incomparable advantages over the traditional banking business. Through the electronic banking, Commercial banks can reduce operating costs, improve service efficiency, expand the target customers, enhance the brand image. Electronic bank must be one of the main directions of giving priority to the development of commercial banks and the main battlefield of competition is among commercial banks in the future for a long period of time.SPD Bank Harbin branch as one of the earlier joint-stock commercial banks at the Heilongjiang Province achieved good development. However, the development of the electronic banking business has lagged far behind the development of branch. Share from the scale of business to market, from business to channel layout, from the service system to the brand image have a certain gap to the other local commercial banks. In this paper,based on the theory of development strategy, combined with the actual situation, through the analysis of its internal and external environment, the industry competitive environment, business strategy environment, I analyzed the existing problems of electronic banking business of SPD Bank Harbin branch in the development process. I found the obstacles in the development of the electronic banking business. Based on the analysis of the in electronic banking business development strategy,I puts forward the necessary measure to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
