The 21 st century is based on the Internet era of "equality,openness,sharing and collaboration" as the essence.By using advanced mobile Internet tools and through such channels as electronic banking,the traditional financial business has greatly improved its transparency and active user participation under the wave of the Internet.User experience more convenient operation,thus greatly reducing the intermediate costs.E-banking has promoted the improvement of commercial banks' service channels,the optimization of business models and the development of product innovation.E-banking products have become the strategic products for commercial banks to compete with their clients,which is the concentrated expression of the core competitiveness of commercial banks.Therefor e,on the basis of previous research results,it is necessary to constantly strengthen the in-depth study of commercial banks' e-banking business,to help commercial banks accurately grasp the market direction and win the first chance in the fierce competition and take the initiative.Compared with other state-owned banks and joint-stock banks,Dongying Bank,as a local commercial bank,has many deficiencies in the e-banking business and there is still a long way to go.On the basis of combing the development history of Dongying Bank's electronic banking,this research studies the macro-environment and micro-environment of Dongying Bank and identifies the problems of Dongying Bank's electronic banking business development and formulates a suitable development strategy to make it become Dongying Bank's future An important part of business development.Through e-business product innovation,electronic channel construction,marketing model change,and detailed service system,Dongying Bank e-banking business will provide guidance in attracting customers,enhancing corporate image and enhancing customer experience.
