Throughout the economy and the development of social civilization in the world,whether the organization could adapt to the competitive environment which always change unpredictably,Whether the orginazation could development and survive forever,innovation plays a key role.What's more,the staff as the basic unit of organization innovation,becomes the key index in the measures of organizational innovation,and their innovation intention and innovation behavior can be influenced by Managers through management style to create some innovation culture and atmosphere.How to effectively stimulate the staff's innovation potential,improve employees' innovation performance still is a hot topic in the field of organizational,and innovation development theory and practice of organizational is the the significance proposition which needs to study.Humble leadership is a new research field of leadership style,get extensive attention by researchers,this "bottom-up" leadership style,can make employees more involved in the decision-making and reform,maybe it could effectively promote the innovation performance of staff,but has not yet been empirical testing.Therefore,through the collation and analysis of the related literature,this study selects humble leadership,organizational innovation climate and employee innovation performance as the variables to built the influence mechanism model,through reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the model and hypotheses finally.finally we can draw the conclusions:(1)Humble leadership has significant positive impact on employee innovation performance;(2)Humble leadership has significant positive impact on organizational innovation Climate;(3)Organizational innovation climate has significant positive impact on employee innovation performance;(4)Organizational innovation climate plays a part intermediary role in the influence of humble leadership and employee innovation performance relationship;(5)The demographic variables in the educational structure,tenure,job level,job category and industry has an different impact on employee innovation performance.(6)Demography has a significant influence on the differences of organizational innovation climate in the aspects of educational structure,job level,job type,organization type and organizational scale.This study test and verif the relationship and internal mechanism between humility leadership,organizational innovation climate and employee innovation performance,which can conducives to the further expansion of leadership theory and innovation theory,and provides theoretical support and practical suggestions for the management practices.
