| In the era of big data and innovation of the whole society,how to stand out or gain opportunities for development has become the focus of discussion.Today’s academic circles believe that the main body of enterprise innovation is enterprise employees,while the creative work and creative development of employees is the core competitiveness of the new type of enterprise.Therefore,more and more scholars begin from the macroscopic development,the enterprise innovation to the microscopic development,the staff innovation development.Starting from this discussion,the academic community is aware of one important point: the leadership style of an enterprise leader influences employee creativity and motivation for innovation.Therefore,this paper constructs the research model with the servant leadership as the independent variable and the organizational trust as the mediating variable,and explores the mechanism of the interaction between the variables and the dependent variables.Combing the existing literature,this paper uses the method of questionnaire survey on 21 items of survey,using structural equation model,the relationship between servant leadership and Employee Innovative Behavior and organizational trust are analyzed,in order to provide the reference for related enterprises.In this paper,by using the structural equation model analysis of network survey data and actual visits to enterprises to get the data of basic situation analysis using SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0 software,the distribution of sample mean and variance,draw the following conclusions: servant leadershipinnovative work of employees has a positive impact;secondly,organizational trust the servant leadership and employees engaged in plays an important intermediary role in creative work.The related research of this paper can not only extend the relevant theoretical basis,but also provide another management mechanism for enterprises in the actual management activities,and help enterprises to improve their core innovation ability.Therefore put forward the following suggestions:first,to strengthen the cultivation of servant leadership,in order to promote the innovative behavior of employees;secondly,to understand the mediating role of organizational trust,and to apply it in practice;finally,the leader in the organization more show servant leadership qualities,more can improve the innovative behavior of employees. |
