In recent years,with the continuous deepening integration of Chinese and Western cultures,the diversity of employees and the complexity of organizational structure become more and more obvious,which makes enterprises need to explore a new set of leadership mode applicable to the current organizational group.Many scholars have made numerous research achievements on subordinates’ behavior and different leadership directions.Service-oriented leadership and inclusive leadership are relatively mild leadership styles.Positive leadership styles have also been extensively studied,such as transformational leadership,emotional leadership and authentic leadership.Active leadership behaviors pay more attention to improving employees’ subjective initiative,arousing their emotional resonance,promoting the generation of employees’ sense of mission,achieving a close and trustworthy relationship with employees,and attracting employees’ sense of respect through the professional ability of leaders to make employees independent and have a strong will to make efforts for the organization’s goals,and even generate their own dedication.Among them,service-oriented leaders usually take meeting the needs of subordinates as the main behavioral core,and have better listening,authorization,help,attention to employees’ psychological activities and other behaviors.A series of characteristics of service-oriented leaders can awaken employees’ identification with the organization,attract employees to have a fascination with the corporate culture,and focus on ways to cultivate employees so as to make the enterprise ultimately profitable.From the perspective of organizational identity,this paper explores the influence of service-oriented leadership on employee followership behavior and the moderating effect of power distance.Firstly,this paper systematically reviewed the relevant literature on four variables in the current academic circle,proposed six research hypotheses,selected the mature scale matching this study to complete the measurement,adopted the7-point measurement method to set up the questionnaire,tested the data quality of the questionnaire on SPSS,and adopted the regression analysis method for reliability and validity,and finally confirmed the research hypothesis.From the perspective of organizational identity theory,this paper explores service-oriented leadership,enriches the theoretical basis of research on service-oriented leadership,and expands the research direction on the antecedents affecting employee following-behavior.The research results of this paper can guide enterprises to take specific management measures in the actual management,enterprises can cultivate the service consciousness of leaders through publicity and training;Enhance employee follow-through through sound induction training and clear development path;It is also possible to enhance employees’ sense of identity with the organization through measures such as building corporate culture.
