A Study On The Development Of Ethnic Cultural Tourism Under The Concept Of Shared Development

In October 2015,in order to achieve the development goals of the "13th Five-Year Plan",the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green development,opening up,and sharing were put forward in the Fifth Plenum of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China.The concept of shared development focused on solving social justice.With the view of encouraging the development model of "Everyone participates,makes a contribution,and shares in the benefits",so that all the people can have more acquisition in the sharing of development,which will help to achieve a comprehensive sharing,sharing the people and it is also benefits to rich in national regions where can share the development outcomes.This article tries to explore the way of ethnic cultural tourism realize shared development according to combine the shared-development ideas and Ethnic cultural tourism.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and international cultural tourism through Citespace software,and then expounds the theory of sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory,inclusive development and shared development concept.And the shared-development mechanism which affects the development of ethnic cultural tourism is expounded as the research lays on the theoretical foundation..Secondly,the shared-development evaluation index system of ethnic cultural tourism is build through the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,and the quantifiable indicators are selected as much as possible.After several rounds of analysis,the evaluation index system is finally determined.This paper tries to divide the development of Ethnic cultural tourism in the light of degree into four stages : the preparation stage,the preliminary Shared development stage,the basic Shared development stage,development stage.Finally,This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the actual situation of the national culture tourism in the Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture ofGuizhou Province by combining the established evaluation index system with the Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province.Finally concluded that the Ethnic cultural tourism development of the Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Initial sharing of the development stage.According to the actual situation of the region,some suggestions are put forward such as Give full play to the guiding role of the government,create a tourism information sharing platform,strength the full cooperation of tourism enterprises,encourage the active participation of community residents and the positive feedback of visitors.And these suggestions are all from the view of "Everyone participates,makes a contribution,and shares in the benefits".
