Precise Poverty Research Of Longxu District In Wuzhou City

By analyzing the theory of precise poverty alleviation from the causes of poverty and anti poverty in two aspects,based on a multidisciplinary perspective,to sort out the problems and mechanism of current Longxu precise poverty alleviation,attempts to explore the long polder precise Poverty Law Research results:First,combing the present situation of poverty Longxu District,found that Longxu area exist many poor people out of poverty,high proportion of poverty,low speed of out of poverty,poor medical conditions,weak industrial base,is also facing difficult of out of poverty,high rate of return,weak self-development capacity,low sustainability poverty problem.Second,poor families characterized by long polder poverty population is predominantly male,most of are over the age of 50,belonging to the aging population,with general poor households and poor households living,family size larger than Guangxi's average,income level are floating in the national poverty line.Third,Poverty Law of the main administrative village area is mainly due to the lack of high skilled labor and capital,and the disabled child pressure leads to poor households in an endless cycle of poverty,the owner weak ability of Guangping Town has become the prominent causes of poverty.Longxu district government mainly from the support of production,increase poverty alleviation efforts and innovative mechanisms of poverty alleviation and accelerating the transfer of employment,strengthening education for accurate poverty support and improve medical assistance.It is also found that the precise poverty alleviation Longxu region,the existence of information asymmetry,behind congnitive of traditional ideas,imperfect market mechanism,coordinate mechanism is not perfect,skilled labor,leading enterprises and large plantations's lack of limiting the long-term hematopoietic system out of poverty.Fourth,put forward to accelerate the construction of poverty alleviation and dynamic information management mechanism,strengthen poverty alleviation and ideological guidance,improve the market,increase the "Internet plus" and the cultivation of large scale poverty alleviation efforts,optimize poverty alleviation mechanism,establish a sound mechanism to ensure precise poverty alleviation policy recommendations.
