With the development of China economy,improve the people's living standards,consumer demand for washing products showing high growth,diversification trend.At the same time,the domestic detergent market there are many brands,the market share is mainly dominated by transnational corporations,problems of fierce competition in the market.In order to cope with these problems,many companies are looking for new market opportunities,by strengthening the enterprise marketing management and establish a corporate advantage.This paper takes the LJ washing supplies management and related marketing strategy as the research object,combined with the enterprise long-term development strategy and recent business goals,its presence in the marketing management problems in-depth analysis,and puts forward the relevant solutions.The operating status of the LJ group,the macro environment,competitive environment and competitors are analyzed.On this basis,using the SWOT tool,the enterprise competition ability are analyzed.According to the development plan of the LJ group,combined with the actual situation of LJ group.4Ps marketing strategy theory as the foundation,from the product,price,channel,promotion four aspects such as LJ The improvement of the marketing work of the group puts forward some feasible measures to correct the existing marketing management problems.
