As is well known, in the world today, science and technology is changing with each passing day, and the tendency of global economy is developing consistently. Product research and development are emerging in an endless stream. At the same time, the competition between corporations is getting heating up. Every company tried all kinds of shifts to win much more market-shares. How to keep the market-share in the tough competition and win the continuing development, it is the most important question for the corporation and the managers must face. And it is also the key problem and the important significance that will be researched in the paper.Based on the theory of the market, and combined with the action or practice of manipulating, in conjunction with determine the nature and quality identification, bring to bear a great deal demonstration and data, antitheses the actual situation of Sanyo Company, this paper analyzed the development history, course, present situation and develop trend. It also analyzed the market of Sanyo washing machine in the Beijing field. Through the SWOT analysis method, the paper expatiated on the advantage and disadvantage, opportunities and risk in the Sanyo Company, found out the issues exist in the Beijing market field, and established the marketing strategy of difference implement and self-centeredness. After that, it was described in the paper of market segmentation in the Beijing market for Sanyo washing machine, that is to choose the target market, brand orientation, and designed a suitable marketing strategy for it combined with the marketing mix theory from analysis of the product, price, place, promotion, participant, physical evidence and process one by one.
