Thermal power plant(hereinafter referred to as the "power plant")overhaul project,is a huge amount of engineering,construction period,high technical content and funding system engineering,the relationship between the structure of the complex,is the major power plant work stage time.With the further deepening of the reform of the power industry,"factory network separation,bidding online" steadily,the competition between power generation enterprises is fierce.In the current market environment of high price of electricity and coal,as well as the pressure of the national high pressure environmental protection policy,the economic recovery has not recovered significantly,and the power capacity is seriously overabundant,the thermal power plants have been faced with breakeven life and death line.In particular,thermal power plants with small capacity,high energy consumption and poor safety and stability are bound to face large losses and danger of bankruptcy and bankruptcy.Through the research on the overhaul engineering management plan of unit 4 of LW power plant(300MW turbo generator set),it aims to shorten the construction period,improve the quality of maintenance and reduce the cost of maintenance,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Through the analysis of the overhaul scheme of the enterprise unit,the existing problems and shortcomings are found out according to the comparison of the same industry to the standard.I have learned with industrial engineering knowledge,from the time optimization of project management theory,the three level acceptance as the main body,as a means of performance evaluation,a security level,strengthen the process control,improve the quality of maintenance equipment;shorten the maintenance period,improve equipment operation,spare time,in order to improve the output level of equipment maintenance optimization model;according to theory,state maintenance,equipment maintenance system as a breakthrough of science to extend the time interval,reduce maintenance costs.In view of the above ideas,put forward optimization proposals,and organize the implementation of the completion.Through the target analysis and comparison,the results are remarkable,the operation level of the enterprise and the health of the equipment have been obviously improved,and the core competitiveness of the enterprises is obviously enhanced.In addition,suggestions for the maintenance mode of power plants are put forward.The direction of online expert diagnosis system based on information and specialization is put forward,so as to better ensure the safety and economic operation of power plants.Through the optimization of the power plant overhaul project management plan and the application of some achievements in practice,the author achieved the expected effect.I hope my ideas and ideas will provide reference for the overhaul technology renovation of the same type of units.
