A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Two-way Manpower Flow In Ethnic Minority Poverty Area

With the development of the impoverished areas in Yunnan,reasonable human mobility is becoming more and more important.Human flow is to promote social economic development in the poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas in Yunnan province But the situation that the human "out only but not come in" in minority poverty areas in Yunnan have appeared to be a big change in recent years,because there have been a return to the homecoming.In this paper,we study human two-way flow of poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas in Yunnan,find out the influence factors of human two-way flow and thus putting forward more reasonable proposal.According to the list of STEEP designing questionnaire and using the Likert Scale to measure,we investigate in the poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas in Yunnan.Using LM algorithm of BP neural network respectively from two aspects of human flow and flow back,we can find out the factors that affect human two-way flow.Research conclusion is as follows:1)Fairness of urban and rural labor market,the gap between township enterprises and urban enterprises,thirst for urban residents,the social relation network have become the most important factors affecting human two-way flow,the weights were 14.84%,13.61%,13.14%,13.61%.2)Weight coefficient of both work income in city and out-migration are over 7%.though the two influence factors of economy have important influences,no longer is the most important factor,having been superseded by social factors.3)Education levels and job skills are not very important to human flow,with weights below 5%;The circumstances of living,the time to find work,the number of needing to support and family property,have little impact on the two-way flow.Therefore,the present paper proposes the suggestion from four aspects in order to promote all kinds of human rational two-way flow.
