With the rapid development of science and technology,in the face of strong market competition,when multinational companies will be advanced corporate training concepts and training model into China,more and more companies realize that if the company can "sustainable development" The most important issue is the cultivation of corporate talent.Only pay attention to the cultivation of talent in the fierce competition in the market to maintain development advantages.Different companies in different stages of development have different training needs,the company training is a science is an art,is to create an important means of corporate talent,the establishment of an effective staff training system to achieve maximum use of human resources.This paper respectively elaborates on the learning organization theory,situational learning theory and so on,the design of ZL company's training system based on the ZL analysis,through the introduction of company and the characteristics of the industry as a starting point,the investigation and Analysis on the situation of human resources and training needs of ZL company,and then build the ZL company the training system,by studying the design of a set of ZL company and the actual development of the combination of the training system,in order to promote the long-term development of ZL company.In the course of the study,the methods of literature analysis and case analysis are adopted.In the process of data acquisition,questionnaires and interviews are adopted.And try to make these methods complementary to each other in the application.At the same time,pay attention to the comprehensive application of human resources management in the field of a variety of theories and methods,in order to enhance the scientific research process and reliability of the results of the study.The staff training system designed by ZL company from the angle of system science training culture,training support and training operation,analysis of the parts,puts forward some measures to ensure the implementation of staff training system of ZL company,including the organization,knowledge base security guarantee and performance evaluation.The research has formed some instructive suggestions,so as to provide reference and basis for similar company training.
