Study On The Development Strategy Of GoldenBee CSR Consulting

In September 2010,ISO26000 was released.This declared the official birth of the global standards of social responsibility.Since then,corporate social responsibility(refer to CSR)was promoted to social responsibility international standards,which was only a business philosophy.This also shows that CSR is more and more brought to the attention of the international community.GoldenBee CSR Consulting(refer to GoldenBee)is the leader of the domestic CSR consulting.This paper will focus on the following topics: how to adapt to the transformation of CSR consulting company under the new situation,how to play a more comprehensive support role in China CSR development strategy,how to improve the service quality and set up business value creation model for the whole industry and how to adjust the development strategy.According to her work experience in GoldenBee,the author tried to study on the company's development strategy by using the strategic management theory,PEST analysis model,Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis model,etc.In the view of macro-environment,this paper argues that as the policy support of the state increasing,the responsible business environment being gradually established and the people increasingly germinating the concept of responsible consumption,the development prospects of CSR consulting industry is good.However,because of the limited volume of CSR consulting customers,low market access,low cost leading strategic advisory impacting,expert customers continuing to enhance the knowledge of social responsibility and professional ability,the industry is highly competitive.From the micro level,GoldenBee is facing the problems as follows: contradictions between rapid growth of business needs and lack of staff,unsound staff incentives and career development system,non-perfect business layout,non-enough brand and marketing efforts.Through analysis,this paper holds that GoldenBee should carry out the brand construction and diversity operation,strengthen team building and promote management to optimize the route to realize the strategic layout.This paper is finally to provide a typical sample for the overall strategic planning of CSR consulting industry.
