| With the continuous innovation of technology and increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises have been upgraded from simple products and prices to service competitiveness.The engineering cost consulting industry has developed rapidly under the background of increasing urban infrastructure investment,and has been continuously improved and improved in the development.The industry is internally divided and the competition is fierce.The opportunities and challenges of engineering cost consulting enterprises coexist.The difference in service quality is the key to the company’s outstanding focus.On the other hand,with the full coverage of government investment project supervision,the existing government human resources can not meet the audit supervision coverage requirements of government investment projects,and have to seek to purchase services from institutions with professional capabilities and technology.As a service-oriented enterprise,the engineering cost consulting enterprise strives to participate in more government investment audit projects by improving its enterprise services,improving its quality,gaining market influence,and fulfilling social responsibilities.It can achieve good economic and social effects.Therefore,this paper takes XD Engineering Cost Consulting Company as the research object,combines the current characteristics of China’s engineering cost industry and the company’s development status,analyses the internal and external operating environment of engineering cost enterprises,and deeply analyses the service quality problems existing in the company when undertaking the audit of government investment projects,starting with external customers,company management,employees and other participants and internal control process.Using the service quality gap model to analyze the causes of the problems,it is pointed out that the service quality gap can be bridged by strengthening customer management,business management,personnel management,professional ethics management and other strategies.It is pointed out that the company can combine the characteristics and risk points of engineering cost consulting industry,establish internal control management mechanism of service quality,clarify the service standard of government investment projects,strengthen dynamic tracking management of service,strengthen vocational training education and knowledge management,and establish reasonable assessment and incentive mechanism,so as to realize the whole quality management of engineering cost service,reduce customer expectations and company service.Because the existing research on engineering cost consultation mainly focuses on the problems and weak links in the development of engineering cost consultation industry.There are few studies on how cost consulting companies control service process to improve service quality,guarantee consulting results,improve project performance and customer satisfaction through effective means and measures,and there is more research space.This paper is based on the micro-level and specific service types of enterprises providing cost consultation services,hoping to provide solutions and reference for cost consultation industry enterprises to improve the service quality of government investment audit projects through case analysis. |
