| With the continuous improvement of people’s income,tourism has shown a good momentum of development.The city,as a tourist destination and tourist transit station,has become a vital part of the tourism development.The state "along the way" top strategy put forward and implemented,so that the Silk Road along the city and the radiation area city access to new development opportunities.On the land along the Silk Road city has a long history,rich cultural heritage,tourism resources are very attractive.In the six elements of the tourism industry,traffic is a very important aspect of the continuous transformation and upgrading of the mode of transport,which will continue to expand the tourist tour radius,therefore,distant tourist destinations become closer and closer.Along the Silk Road,high-speed railway from Zhengzhou to Xi’an is the first high-speed rail that has built,this railway has 10 stations which go through 9 counties and cities,a total of five prefecture-level city,the series from the history of our "eight ancient capital" Of the three.Xi’an as our four ancient capital of the first,thirteen dynasties of the ancient capital,Luoyang also as the ancient capital of the thirteen and exist,Weinan is renowned by Huashan at home and abroad,Sanmenxia has the famous Sanmenxia water conservancy project,Zhengzhou is the capital of Henan Province is also Xia Shangdudu.Therefore,the study of tourism efficiency changes in the five cities along the Zhengzhou-Chengdu high-speed railway in 10 years(2006 to 2015)will provide data support for the future development of tourism policies in these cities,and will be of reference significance for the development of tourism in other cities.Through the study and reading of the literature,it is learned that the study on tourism efficiency abroad is described from the trade level,such as analyzing the tourism efficiency of hotel industry or travel agency in a city,and rarely studying tourism efficiency from the perspective of city or region The Although there is a comparative study of the tourism efficiency among the cities in the province,there is not much research on the urban tourism efficiency between provinces and cities.To a series of traffic lines in several cities,and as a research object for the study of urban tourism efficiency very little.Therefore,based on the previous studies,this paper constructs a relatively complete evaluation index system and deepens the research on the efficiency of urban tourism industry,combining with the actual situation of the development of these five cities.Through the data collection and analysis of the development characteristics of Xi’an,Weinan,Sanmenxia,Luoyang and Zhengzhou,six input indexes and two output indexes will be used to reflect the development of the tourism industry,urban investment in fixed assets,the number of passenger travel,the number of travel agencies,the number of star hotels.In the aspect of model selection,the DEA analysis CRS model,which can be used for multi-factor analysis,is used to calculate the comprehensive efficiency(ie,technical efficiency)of the five cities,and the pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency are calculated by using the VRS model of DEA analysis.To analyze the development of each city’s tourism industry.In addition,the Malmquist index is used to account for the change in the total factor productivity of the five cities,and the characteristics of the change in the total factor productivity and the characteristics of the decomposition efficiency are analyzed and described in order to obtain the efficiency of each city The dynamic change process in 10 years.Finally,according to the calculation results and influencing factors of urban tourism efficiency,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the tourism efficiency of these five cities in order to promote the coordinated development of tourism in the future,combining with the background of "one side of the country" and the operation of high-speed railway from Zhengzhou to Xi’an. |
