With the continuous transformation and upgrading of my country’s economy,it is imperative to promote the development of new tourism formats. The transformation of transportation modes is an important support for the sustainable development of tourism. In recent years, the improvement of high-speed railway infrastructure has provided assistance for high-speed railway tourism. The "National Comprehensive Three-dimensional Transportation Network Planning Outline" and other documents clearly put forward the promotion of the integrated development of transportation and tourism, which provides a policy guarantee for the integrated development of high-speed rail tourism. The global tourism perspective of the overall management of regional space and tourism elements provides a new model for the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry.Combining the related theories of global tourism development and high-speed rail tourism, this thesis conducts research on the organization of high-speed railways for global tourism development.According to the research idea of "space-time effect-tourist behavior characteristics-stakeholder game analysis",this thesis studies the time-space effect of high-speed rail on tourist destinations, tourists’ travel decision-making and the game relationship of "tourist-tourist".First,through the accessibility model, the tourism economic connection model and the tourism economic connection network model, the "regional" spatial organization mechanism of the high-speed rail on the global tourism elements is studied.Taking the organizational effect of the Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed rail on the tourism space in the northwest region as an example, this thesis analyzes the strengthening effect of the improvement of the accessibility of the global tourist cities along the high-speed rail on the regional tourism economic connection.Xining-Haidong-Haibei" is the core area of the all-for-one tourism gateway node in Northwest China.Secondly, using the questionnaire survey method to analyze the organizational mechanism of the high-speed rail for the overall tourism subject, and constructing a structural equation model to analyze the willingness and behavior mechanism of high-speed rail tourists from three dimensions: before, during and after travel, and found that the speed, convenience, and economy of high-speed rail.Sexuality affects tourists’ perception and expectation of high-speed rail tourism value, which in turn affects tourists’ travel willingness and support behaviors such as travel space, time, and stop consumption in the global tourism market. Finally, according to the research idea of "subject identification-conflict analysis-game model construction-simulation analysis-coordination strategy",the organizational mechanism of high-speed rail to the global tourism market is analyzed.Combined with the previous analysis results of high-speed rail on the "domain" and tourism subjects, the game model of "tourist-tourist" was constructed, and the infrastructure conditions in the early stage of investment attraction of high-speed rail as a global tourist destination were analyzed to balance foreign investors, tourism enterprises and communities. The process of conflicting interests of the main players in the global tourism market, such as residents and high-speed rail tourists.Taking Ping’an District of Haidong City as an example, this thesis examines the promotion of increasing government incentives and increasing tourists’ staying consumption rate on the choice of tourist destinations to develop high-speed rail tourism and tourists’ choice of high-speed rail tourism strategies, and proposes the main interests of global tourism development under the background of high-speed rail.Coordinate strategy.
