cost of enterprise staff turnover problems,they pay more and more attention to improve employee loyalty and productivity through non material incentives,so as to reduce the production cost,to achieve the business strategic goals.But for the small and medium-sized private enterprises,because the scale of funding constraints and incentive mechanism,backward factors such as the lack of management experience,research and practice of enterprise staff non material incentive is still in the exploratory stage,and have not formed the mechanism and system of the intangible effect about the ways in which to carry out the incentive,there is no better practice of reference and the specific reference.In recent years,with the social and economic structure of the original agricultural system in China,the development of government led urbanization has changed the structure of urban and rural areas.Changes in the size of the business have also forced more people to leave their homes or places
