A Study On Customer Satisfaction Index In The Mode Of Agricultural Super-docking

Since the establishment of the "agricultural super-docking" model in many cities in 2009,the model has developed rapidly in China.This new model is of great practical significance to our life.The rapid development of the global economy in the retail business is to bring more intense competition.Facing the increase in consumer choice and changes in consumer attitudes,many retailers are aware that only by understanding and meeting the needs of consumers can we obtain competitive advantage.Therefore,to understand the customer satisfaction and to know the implementation of "agricultural super-docking" model have practical significance.At present,China's economic development has entered the structural adjustment and power conversion of the new normal period,the main contradiction of agriculture has changed from the total shortage into structural contradictions."No.l Central Document" in 2017 pointed out that we should promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,so that we can properly meet people's growing and diversified consumer needs.In this sense,the quality of "agricultural super-docking" mode and the situation of customer satisfaction in this model is an important part of testing the effectiveness of supply side structural reform.Based on the analysis of the main customer satisfaction index model,this paper is to choose several supermarkets in Huainan of Anhui Province as the research object,along with the actual situation of "agricultural super-docking",to excavate the main contents of customer satisfaction in the chain supermarkets under this mode,and to put forward the influencing factors and put forward the relevant hypothesis and research theoretical model.Then,design the questionnaire and got after checking.In the empirical research,by choosing Huainan supermarket chain stores,the relevant data is collected in the form of questionnaire,and the results filtered and analyzed to draw the conclusions.Finally,according to the results of the study and the situation of the implementation of the model in Huainan supermarkets,the paper is to put forward the rationalization proposals for improving consumers' satisfaction.
