Discussion On Jingdong Model From The Perspective Of Internet Finance

Currently,China’s demographic dividend has gradually disappeared,overcapacity has become increasingly prominent,the economic model continues to transition.The external environment is also not very optimistic,export demand pattern continues to change into domestic demand.However,in this context,China’s Internet financial enterprises stand alone,it is eye-catching of it from the bud to the rapid development.Internet financial giants like Alibaba and Jingdong,due to its online shopping platform,they can easily collect a large number of user consumption habits,financial information.These data combined with information technology,brings valuable information to the business enterprise.By using their Internet advantage,electricity enterprises successfully broke the traditional financial industry’s monopoly position on financial information.By the end of 2016,the Internet financial output value in China was close to 2 trillion,we can say the development of Internet banking in China was very rapid.However,due to the rapid development of Internet banking,its various risks are more and more serious.This article is based on the example of Jingdong internet finance model,analyzes the development status and operational model of Jingdong supply chain fianance,crowd-funding and Jingdong ABS cloud platform,deeply pinpoint the risk of its operational model,summarizes the existing downside and upside,finally illustrates how to improve the Internet financial model of Jingdong finance,and puts forward relevant suggestions: consummate investor’s protection mechanism;increase its investment in technological equipment,strengthen its ability of data analysis;pay attention to the tighter regulation;improve its financial information service and credit system;accelerate the construction of its financial ecosystem.
