Research On The Service Quality Of Social Insurance Agencies In Beijing

In recent years,with the construction of the service-oriented government,the social security public service as an important part of the public service has obtained certain results.The service quality of public service level embodies the construction of a service-oriented government.As a public service sector in the social security service level of public service is very important.Social insurance agency as the executive mechanism of social security public service,the service quality is a national evaluation.Beijing has been to safeguard and improve people's livelihood as the focus of the government's work.Beijing improve the level of service quality of social insurance agency.This research using the research methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview,on the basis of relevant theories,starting from the present situation of social security services platform in Beijing,by the research of some service object and staff in Xicheng district,found that the current social security service platform has some problems.There are some conclusions of our study as follows: firstly,the workload of social insurance agency is increasing,but there is lack of hands.Secondly,the degree network-base office and the degree of information are still needs to be improved.Thirdly,some problems catch attentions: the insufficient training for Employees and too much work pressure.
