| With the progress of science and technology development and diversification of cooperation between enterprises,facing the ever-changing market demand,the enterprise only rely on their own internal resources is difficult to deal with,this forces suppliers,distributors,manufacturers and other supply chain enterprises to cooperation gradually,but there exists a conflict of interest between supply chain enterprises,so the competition and cooperation are the basic characteristics of relationship between supply chain enterprises,then there have been many issues because of the trust,such as the bullwhip effect,double marginal.How to establish and maintain the relationship between supply chain enterprises has become the focus of research scholars.This paper breaks through traditional ideas,the process of the trust between enterprises as a cycle,the trust level is divided into three stages of germination,growth,maturity,after reading many articles,with the theory of organizational behavior,analyzing the influencing factors on the cooperation of suppliers and distributors,determine the communication,information sharing,enterprise reputation,and history as the main influencing factors.After using the game theory,put forward the hypothesis,the establishment of a trust model based on game theory,through the simulation experiment,illustrates the benefits than cooperation more during cooperation,and through the data comparison,find trust in various stages of the main influencing factors,and accordingly for management enterprise and foreign cooperation to provide certain theoretical support and puts forward some enlightenment. |
