Research On Model Construction Of Trust Mechanisms In Industrial Cluster Enterprises

With the development of economic globalization, competition in the industry has become the root of a regional economic growth and competitive advantage gain, and a competitive industrial cluster is an important condition of national industrial competitiveness and promotion. Trust is the basis of cooperation. Only if enterprises in the industrial cluster trust and cooperate with each other, it would coordinate well for effective operation in all its aspects. Based on the study for trust mechanism between enterprises of the industry cluster, this paper builds an evolutionary game model of trust relationship among enterprises in industrial cluster. Its main content and conclusions are as follows:First, we summarized the related concepts and theories of industrial cluster and trust. In parts, we also studied the trust mechanism at home and abroad. Second, start with the essence and process of trust mechanism, we analysis different mechanism under the influence of different factors, and got kinds of formation mechanism. Third, the former research of trust and reputation has no same direction, and study work of trust mechanism is just from the view of qualitative point, with no consideration of an important variable-time. Therefore, this paper builds an evolutionary game model of trust relationship among enterprises in industrial cluster with quantitative point by citing replicator dynamics differential equation. Furthermore, it puts out evolutionary results and path of this trust relationship and some related policy suggestions to promote the probability of mutual trust policy between enterprises. Such as:decreasing risk coefficient in cooperation, raising earning capacity in cooperation, lowering enterprises’ difference in the knowledge level.
