Research On CPI Fluctuation And External Influencing Factors In China

With the deepening of China's economic reform,new problems and new phenomena are constantly emitting,for example,China's domestic energy and raw materials supply quantity is limited,the international raw materials,coal,metal mineral products and oil imports are increasing year by year,they are leading to China's economic dependence on external resources continue to improve,and now these problems have become the primary cause of China's CPI fluctuations.However,China's open economy under the moderate fluctuations in the CPI and the constituent elements of the inquiry has achieved very good results,the relative,CPI is too high or too low fluctuations,mapping the contradiction between the supply and demand in the community,The domestic problem should be studied in detail,only from the structure of internal inquiry has been unable to fully explain,and in recent years,CPI components and their respective weight and little change,so we are more targeted to choose the main external factors of CPI to study,With a view to explaining the CPI fluctuations caused by these new problems and new phenomena.This paper explores the fluctuation of CPI in China and the external factors influencing its fluctuation.The relationship between the selection factors is the breakthrough point.We try to find out the influence degree and the way of each factor by analyzing the fluctuation of CPI in China.This paper first discusses the CPI fluctuation and four kinds of external influencing factors from the theoretical and qualitative perspectives,introduces the meaning of CPI fluctuation and the definition of four kinds of external influencing factors and the way of impact on CPI.Then,from the perspective of actual economic operation and literature and then through the statistical analysis of China's CPI fluctuation through the economic data of China's 2008-2016,and then the transmission channel analysis and dynamic difference of the external influencing factors of CPI fluctuation in China are carried out.Sexual analysis;Finally,based on the results of the study can be summed up the law of China's CPI fluctuations in the management policy.From the analysis results can be seen,China's CPI fluctuations are affected by multiple factors,one is the input factor price impact is gradually expanding,the first part of the ultra-monetary factors,CPI response to its strong and rapid;Second,the old factors still affect the significant.The monetary factors play a direct role,without the lag and the late role is obvious,the actual demand factor effect weakened,income factors play an indirect role,although the impact is weak,but can not be ignored;Third,China's current CPI fluctuations in the impact of elements With a high degree of internal transitivity.In view of the above characteristics of China's CPI fluctuation,this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions: First,continue to improve China's income distribution system,give full play to the positive role of government-oriented;Second,adjust the interest rate,speed up market-oriented interest rates and exchange rates Decision mechanism;third is to promote sound monetary policy and the implementation of a proactive fiscal policy;Fourth,establish the concept of scientific development,the existing economic development mode to change.
