Food Safety Research In China Under The Perspective Of Game Theory

“The country people-oriented,hunger breeds discontentment”,food safety has always been a hot topic in every country.In recent years,China's food safety overall presents the trend of development that overall stability gradually turned for the better,but the food safety problems are occurring still is a wake-up call to the state and government,China's food safety is still facing a severe test.This paper will take the game theory as analysis tool,based on three main participants of food safety in our country-the government,food production enterprise,the consumer behavior between strategy game theory of analysis,to find the causes of food safety problems in China,the management of our country's food safety problems are put forward based on reason.Our country's food safety problem is caused by the government,food production enterprises,consumers and other various factors.Food production enterprise is the source of food safety problems,the government's poor regulation for its advantage,and consumers' weak rights consciousness also contributed to its offer of unsafe food arrogance.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is introduction,mainly on research background,purpose,significance,theoretical basis for the comb;the second part is about the status quo of China's food safety and food safety problems were summarized;the third part is the focus of this article,through the food production enterprises,food production enterprises and consumers,and between the government and food production enterprise,the consumer behavior strategy between the game theory analysis,and combining with the results of the analysis explained the reason why China's food safety incidents;the fourth part is aimed at the causes of China's food safety problems,puts forward some countermeasures for management of our country's food safety problems.Food safety is the eternal topic of people's livelihood plans and national stability.Ensuring food safety in our country is a long-cherished wish for each consumer,only rely on the government in the food safety,food production enterprises,consumers and other main body participation and efforts,to improve food safety in our country the status quo and to ensure the food safety in our country,which makes our country consumer can enjoy safe and healthy food.
