The Research Of Food Safety Regulations Based On Game Analysis

As a kind of Social Regulation,the effect of food safety regulations is reflected in the progress from the formation of laws and regulatory policy and regulatory bodies perform the regulatory functions to all aspects of policy change and the internal mechanism in the food safety regulations. In the regulatory process,it involves the government,food industry and consumers and their actions in the implementation of two stages in the legislative and economic activities. In the existing research literature, more is descriptive analysis in researching the behavior of these subjects , the research of its internal relations by using economic principles in comprehensive analysis still rare. This paper starts from the action of government,food industry and consumer,use of game theory, agency theory integrated, then build principal-agent model between the central government and local government,game model between regulatory agencies and food companies,game model between food companies and consumers in food safety regulations one after another. Aim to reveal the intrinsic link between the factors of China's food safety regulations,and combined with the current regulatory system of food safety situation and existing problems,for example, the incentive and constraint to local government is not enough,punishment of the offenders is not enough etc,and pointed out specific that the action of main options is how to influence he effectiveness of our food safety regulation . At last , based on the successful experience of food safety regulations in other countries,proposed some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of our food safety regulation.
