Study On The Influence Factors Of Rural Residents Pension Mode Election

The problem of population aging is one of the most important problems in the world.As the largest developing country in the world,China is also the largestcountry in the world,the population aging problem it faces is very serious.China has entered the aging society,and the aging of the rural population is more serious,in this case,people began to pay more and more attention to the problem of aging.To solve the pension problem,we should start from the aspects of pension model.To make the choice of pension mode,we should not only to follow the national policy,but also to take into account the needs of the elderly population and its wishes.To explore and study the influence factors of the choice of the rural residents’ pension model,and to analyze the influencing factors,which is helpful for the state to provide a suitable local pension model according to the wishes of the elderly in rural areas.It is beneficial to the elderly in rural areas to enjoy the fruits of economic development,but also conducive to building a harmonious society.In a word,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the influencing factors of the choice of the old age pension mode in rural areas.Based on the empirical investigation data of Zhoukou in Henan Province,this paper explores the factors that influence the choice of the elderly,We can summarize some rules to provide some suggestions and theoretical support for the construction of a suitable pension model.First of all,based on the literature review,this paper xpounds the background,purpose and significance of the study,content and methods,as well as possible innovations and deficiencies.Secondly,the author briefly introduces some concepts and theories related to the pension model.Again,according to my field survey data,I briefly introduced the status quo of rural pension in Zhoukou of Henan province and the basic situation of the sample.Then,according to the data of the empirical investigation,I analyze the factors that may affect the choice of the rural residents pension mode.I briefly introduce the mathematical model to be used,assign the variables,and put forward the assumptions of the model.I made a single factor analysis of the possible influencing factors,and then used logistics regression analysis.I use SPSS analysis software,respectively,to make a significant impact on the choice of the parameters of the pension model parameters.Finally,I come to the conclusion and put forward some suggestions.At present,China’s rural family pension is the most appropriate choice for rural residents,the government needs to continue to strengthen and carry forward.Social endowment is the main development trend in the future,we must continue to strengthen,as an important complement to the family pension.Self care needs to be constantly optimized under the support of the government in order to solve the situation of the elderly in rural areas forced to select self pension.
