Study On The Incentive Mechanism Agricultural Of Industrialization Leading Enterprise Management Mode

At present,China’s economics develops into a new normal,which means that economic growth will stabilize and slow down,the economic structure will continue to optimize and economic growth will gradually change the driving force.These changes of the new normal state will inevitably lead to some difficulties in the development of economic society at present.Particularly challenges in the supply side of agriculture in China are manifested as sufficient quantities of agricultural products,but effective supply is short.Besides the price and quality don’t have advantages in international competition.To solve these problems and achieve the long-term sustainable growth,the government not only need to reform the demand side,but also improve the supply side.Improve the potential growth rate and expand effective supply by adjusting the economic structure.The key to the structural reform of the agricultural supply side lies in the change of the agricultural management mode,which can not only improve the production efficiency,reduce the production cost,the survival of the fittest to the inventory,and introduce the new technology to make up the shortcomings.This is not only a new idea of the structural reform of the supply side,but also a effective way to promote the agricultural supply side of the structural reform from the institutional mechanism.In addition,it’s also the inevitable choice to lead the agricultural economy "new normal".This paper is divided into five parts.Since the reform and opening up,the rural land reform,whose core is the household contract responsibility system,has greatly improved the enthusiasm of the farmers and thus promoted the improvement of the productive labor efficiency,which brought millions of small farmers to the market.However,the diversification of the commodity market,the distribution channels and the multi-level sales pattern,make the disadvantages of the small-scale,decentralized and fragmented traditional agricultural business model has become increasingly prominent.The agricultural industrialization can change the rural agricultural development mode from the management structure,and promote the well-being of farmers and villages.The first part of this paper discusses the background,purpose,theory and practical significance in the introduction,analyzes the origin of agricultural industrialization and the evolution of agricultural industrialization mode at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods,research ideas and structural arrangements of this paper.The second part reviews the theories related to the mode of agricultural industrialization,including the marginal utility,the interest community,the social welfare evaluation,the sustainable development evaluation,the economies of scale,the transactioncost and so on,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up analysis.The third part,through the enterprise agriculture and farmers together to develop objectives,business model analysis of incentive mechanism,cleverly tried to the agricultural production and management mode fit to find equilibrium between enterprises and farmers ’ interests,and through the analysis of China’s agricultural production and management mode in the process type,explore scientific and rational production and operation pattern under the structural benefits of agriculture,and it’s an effective way to make farmers rich,agricultural prosperous,rural developing.The fifth part,based on the inherent advantages of agricultural industrialization and the unique policy of Guyuan County in Hebei Province,the natural environment,draw the conclusion and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions.The main points and highlights of this paper are as follows.First of all,based on the historical perspective,this paper discusses the evolution logic and classification of the agricultural management mode after the contract responsibility system of reform and opening up the household contract,and analyzes the causes of the agricultural business model from the vertical and horizontal dimensions,using the
